These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://zendiostore.com and purchases from Zendio.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms. You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not interfere with the website's security or operation, introduce malicious code, access the website through unauthorised automated means, impersonate another person, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, manufacturing batches and screen settings. This does not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description, sample or image.

Product availability, specifications and packaging may change. We will not make a material substitution to an ordered product without your agreement. If we cannot supply the product ordered, we will notify you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a full refund.

You are responsible for reading product information and following any safety, care and use instructions supplied with the product. Product content on the website is general information and is not medical or other professional advice.

Prices, taxes and payment

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices for Australian customers are displayed in Australian dollars. Prices include applicable GST where required. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable fees will be disclosed before you confirm the order.

You authorise Zendio and our payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout to your selected payment method. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

If a genuine and obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, we will normally send an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order on reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, stock unavailability, legal restrictions or an inability to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method. We may contact you to verify information before accepting or dispatching an order.

International fulfilment

Zendio may use third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners, including partners located outside Australia, to store, pack and send products directly to you. An order may therefore be sent from overseas, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Zendio remains your seller and point of contact. You do not need to contact a manufacturer or overseas supplier to exercise your rights against us.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The estimated delivery timeframe for your address is displayed before payment or provided in your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Email info@zendiostore.com promptly if you need to correct it. Once an order has entered fulfilment, an address change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. It includes a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy as well as the separate rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

The 30-day period does not limit the time in which a customer may be entitled to a remedy for goods that fail to meet a consumer guarantee. Depending on the circumstances and whether a failure is major or minor, a legally required remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation.

Cancellations and order changes

You may request an order change or cancellation by emailing info@zendiostore.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or fulfilment has started. If an order has already been dispatched, it will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

This section does not affect any cancellation right or remedy that applies under law.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to specific terms displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and must be applied before checkout is completed. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse or a genuine technical error, but will not remove an agreed discount from an already accepted order without your consent.

Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content to Zendio, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

You grant Zendio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting Zendio. This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us. We may moderate or remove content on reasonable grounds, including illegality, abuse, spam, irrelevance or infringement.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, product photography, branding, layout and software, are owned by or licensed to Zendio and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where law allows it.

Third-party services and links

The website may integrate or link to services operated by third parties, such as payment, delivery or social-media services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

This section does not remove any responsibility Zendio has for service providers we engage to process, fulfil or deliver your order.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or make reasonable changes to website functionality. Where practical, we will avoid changes that materially disadvantage an existing order.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendio is not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, was not caused by our breach, or was caused by your unlawful conduct, misuse of a product contrary to clear instructions, or failure to take reasonable steps to avoid loss.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent it is fair and lawful in the circumstances. It does not limit your right to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted and do not change the agreed terms of an existing order unless you agree or the change is required by law.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary or severed. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

For Australian customers, these Terms are governed by applicable Australian law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory protections available under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to your purchase.
